How far in advance should I book your services?

We recommend booking at least 6-8 weeks in advance to ensure availability and adequate planning time. However, we understand that sometimes celebrations are planned on shorter notice, and we'll do our best to accommodate rush requests when possible. Popular dates like weekends during spring and summer tend to book quickly, so early reservation is always advisable.

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve Ottawa and surrounding areas including Kanata, Nepean, Barrhaven, Orleans, and Gatineau. For events outside our primary service area, additional travel fees may apply. We're happy to discuss options for destinations beyond our usual range for special occasions or larger events.

Do you provide venues or do we need to have our own?

We offer both options. We have partnerships with several excellent venues throughout Ottawa and can help you select and book the perfect location for your event. Alternatively, if you prefer to host the party at your home or have already secured a venue, we can work with your chosen location and adapt our services accordingly.

What is included in your party packages?

Our packages typically include theme design and decorations, entertainment (performers, activities, or workshops), party coordination on the day of the event, and cleanup services. Additional services like catering, photography, custom cakes, and party favors can be added to any package. We customize each package to meet your specific needs and budget.

Can you accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. Child safety is our top priority, and we take food allergies and dietary restrictions very seriously. During the planning phase, we collect detailed information about any allergies or dietary needs and work with our catering partners to provide safe, delicious options for all guests. We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, and other special dietary requirements.

What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand that circumstances change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy varies depending on how close to the event date you notify us. Generally, cancellations made more than 30 days in advance receive a full refund minus a small administrative fee. Rescheduling is usually possible with adequate notice.
