1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to LittleDream Events. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and our services. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services. By engaging LittleDream Events for party planning services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

LittleDream Events provides professional children's party planning and event organization services, including but not limited to birthday celebrations, themed parties, entertainment coordination, venue selection, decoration services, and activity workshops. Our services are designed to create memorable experiences for children and their families.

The specific details of services provided will be outlined in individual service agreements or contracts. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with appropriate notice to clients with existing bookings.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total service cost to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the scheduled event date. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or certified check. Late payments may result in cancellation of services or additional fees.

All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation and may be adjusted if services are modified or if external vendor costs increase. Any additional services requested beyond the original contract will be billed separately.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event date will receive a full refund minus the initial deposit. Cancellations made 30-60 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of payments made. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable, though we will work with you to reschedule when possible.

Rescheduling requests made at least 45 days before the original event date will be accommodated subject to availability, with no additional fees. Rescheduling requests made with less than 45 days notice may incur additional charges to cover non-recoverable vendor costs and administrative fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the event, including the number of guests, ages of children, any allergies or special needs, venue access details, and specific requirements or preferences. Failure to provide accurate information may affect our ability to deliver services as planned.

If the event is held at a client's private residence or a venue secured by the client, the client is responsible for ensuring adequate space, electrical access, parking, and compliance with local regulations. The client must also ensure that the venue is accessible to our team at agreed-upon times for setup and breakdown.

6. Liability and Insurance

LittleDream Events carries comprehensive general liability insurance and all our staff are trained in child safety protocols. However, we cannot be held responsible for injuries or accidents that occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to children's behavior, venue conditions, or actions by third-party vendors.

Parents and guardians are ultimately responsible for supervising their children during events. While our staff maintains appropriate supervision during organized activities, we are not responsible for children's actions during free time or when they are not directly participating in supervised activities.

7. Photography and Media Usage

LittleDream Events may photograph or video record events for promotional purposes, portfolio development, and social media marketing. By engaging our services, you grant us permission to use such media unless you explicitly opt out in writing at the time of booking. We will always respect privacy and will not use images in any manner that could be considered inappropriate or harmful.

If you prefer that your event not be photographed or that images not be used for promotional purposes, please inform us in writing at least 14 days before the event. We will honor all such requests without any impact on service quality or pricing.

8. Force Majeure

LittleDream Events shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government restrictions, labor disputes, or public health emergencies.

In such circumstances, we will work with clients to reschedule events when possible or provide appropriate refunds or credits. Our priority is always to find solutions that work for both parties while being mindful of the exceptional circumstances involved.
